Application Does Not Create an Agreement

Submitting an application does not create an investment-management agreement, guarantee acceptance, or obligate either party to proceed. Applications are reviewed before any account-management arrangement is established.

Eligibility

Services may vary depending on jurisdiction, platform availability, account type, client eligibility and other operational requirements.

Fees

Performance fees range from 3% to 8% of trading profits based on managed portfolio size and are not charged on original capital. Larger managed portfolios qualify for lower performance-fee rates. Final applicable terms are explained before a client proceeds.

Risk

Financial-market trading involves risk. Profits and specific returns are not guaranteed. You should review the Risk Disclosure before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

Website branding, design, text, graphics and other original materials may not be reproduced or distributed without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
